A botanical blend traditionally used to support the respiratory system in clearing phlegm from the lungs and soothing irritation of the respiratory tract. 

 

ECHINACEA Echinacea spp.

Traditionally used to enhance the immune response to infection. Taken as preventative and during the acute phase of infection, Echinacea may help to reduce the severity and duration of illness.

 

ELECAMPANE Inula helenium

Traditionally used to soften and clear excess mucous from the lungs through its expectorant, and gently stimulatory properties. Elecampane has mainly been used when experiencing colds, flus and chest infections. 

 

THYME Thymus vulgaris

Traditionally used for its expectorant, antispasmodic and antibacterial properties in the treatment of dry unproductive coughs. Thyme has been used to help reduce the duration of infections of the respiratory tract. 

 

LICORICE Glycyrrhiza glabra

Traditionally used as a sweet and soothing anti-inflammatory remedy for mucous membranes, such as the respiratory tract. Licorice is commonly used to soothe sore throats and relieve coughs. Licorice is also taken as an adrenal tonic to ease the negative effects of stress and support overall physical resilience.

 

ANISEED Pimpinella anisum

Traditionally used for its pleasant flavour and antispasmodic, antimicrobial and expectorant properties. Aniseed may aid in the relief of coughs, colds, and shallow breathing.

 

Directions Take 5mls in water or fruit juice 3 times daily.

 

Ingredients Ethanol Extracts of Echinacea (Echinacea spp.), Elecampane (Inula helenium), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum).

Contains alcohol.
