Traditionally used to support the immune system during the early stages of infection. Drink elderfower tea to help in managing fever, to soothe coughs and to clear congestion.
Directions Infuse 1 teaspoon of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
Ingredients 100% Elderflower* (Sambucus nigra). *Organic.
