Directions Take 25 drops in water up to three times daily before bed. 

 Ingredients Chamomile flower Matricaria chamomilla glycetract; Ziziphus seed Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa, Lavender flower Lavandula angustifolia in a water/ethanol base. 

Store below 3O Degrees Celcius
