My practice blends image-making and words with movement, voice, ritual, and nature-based approaches, and I'm particularly drawn to working with recycled and found materials — there's magic in the overlooked and the repurposed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI believe in the power of the arts to support wellbeing, and in the quiet transformative potential of making things with our hands.
