Patchouli Essential Oil

Patchouli has a rich, sweet-spicy and earthy scent. It has long been used in India and China as incense and perfume, and was popularised in the 1960's to mask the odour of marijuana.

Patchouli has a moistening and regenerating effect on the skin when used topically, it may be used to treat inflammation an scarring. It is known for its soothing and restorative effect on the nervous system, enhancing the mind-body connection by calming a hyperactive mind.

Directions Essential oils are suitable for use in oil burners, diffusers or vaporisers. Simply add a few drops of your chosen essential oil in water or suitable carrier recommended for your diffuser. To create a therapeutic massage oil or nourishing body oil dilute your essential oil in a carrier oil as recommended below.

Do not apply essential oils to your skin undiluted. Some essential oils, when diluted are suitable for use in skincare formulations.
