German Chamomile Essential Oil
German chamomile produces a vibrant blue essential oil and exerts anti-inflammatory, analgesic, healing and antiseptic properties to soothe and calm dry, flaky, irritated and inflamed skin. Calming for your mind as well as your skin, use chamomile preparations to soothe and heal all types of skin inflammation such as eczema, psoriasis, nappy rash and more. Suitable for dry, sensitive and delicate skin. In aromatherapy chamomile is soothing and nurturing to the nervous system, it allows us to relax, let go and go with the flow. Therefore it is a balancing tonic for those that are overwhelmed with a sense of chaos and overcompensate with a rigid need for control.
Directions Essential oils are suitable for use in oil burners, diffusers or vaporisers. Simply add a few drops of your chosen essential oil in water or suitable carrier recommended for your diffuser. To create a therapeutic massage oil or nourishing body oil dilute your essential oil in a carrier oil as recommended below.

Generally 1-2% of essential oil diluted in a carrier oil such as jojoba oil or sweet almond oil is considered safe.
