Shipping policy

New Zealand orders outside of central Wellington are delivered by tracked courier with NZ Post. Domestic shipping is free for orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged at a flat rate of $9 per order.

Orders within central Wellington are delivered by bicycle by the good people at No Car Cargo within 2 working days. 

We aim to have your order delivered within 2 to 5 working days. When your order has been processed and is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received your order within this time or if for any reason you are unhappy with your parcel please contact us within 7 days to arrange a refund or replacement.

Please note: We recommend selecting Signature Required. If Authority to Leave is selected, the parcel is left at your address at your own risk once delivery has been confirmed.

International orders Due to ongoing global fuel supply disruptions, our international shipping carriers are currently applying unpredictable and fluctuating fuel surcharges to overseas deliveries. To avoid passing these unexpected costs on to our customers, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause international shipping while the situation stabilises. We hope this will only be a short term measure and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

To Click & Collect select the Pick up tab next to the Delivery tab and then continue to payment. Please collect your order during shop hours and within 48 hours of receiving your order notification stating that your order is ready for pick up.
