We are looking for a warm, confident, knowledgeable and creative person to join our team and offer our customers an exceptional friendly, empathetic and informative customer experience at our Cuba Street store.  If you are passionate about natural health and wellbeing, love creating herbal remedies and genuinely enjoy working with people - we'd love to meet you.
Role Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service at all times, building long term customer relationships.
  • Offer knowledgable advice and curate appropriate remedies and products for individual customer needs.
  • Maintain the highest level of store presentation at all times.
  • Work with various online systems including Shopify, Fresha and Asana.
  • Manufacture and dispense herbal teas, aromatherapy products and skincare.
  • Work with your team to meet and exceed targets and carry out promotions, events and workshops.
  • Work with your team to complete the day to day tasks involved in running a busy store, including cleaning, processing orders, managing stock and more.
  • Contribute to a positive, caring and supportive team culture.
Skills and experience
Our ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of experience in retail customer service as well as training in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine. This role also requires a high level of adaptability, personal resilience, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to context switch with ease. You must be able to work well alone and within a team. You must also be available to work weekends.
