CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment price. Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will be charged the full appointment price. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you're unable to attend, and we'll do our best to find a solution.
