THE TRADITION

Elderberries have been used traditionally as an immune enhancing remedy to ease symptoms associated with colds, coughs and influenza.

 
THE SCIENCE

Sambucus nigra berries are shown to reduce upper respiratory symptoms (nasal and sinus congestion) for viral infections, like the common cold and influenza. 

 

Directions Infuse 1 teaspoon of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.

 

Ingredients 100% Elderberry* (Sambucus nigra). *Organic.

All dried herbs are wild crafted or sourced organically when available. Non organic herbs may be used when organic herbs are unavailable.
