THE TRADITION

Elderflower has been used traditionally to support the immune system during the early stages of infection. Drink elderfower tea to help in managing fever, to soothe coughs and to clear congestion.

THE SCIENCE

Sambucus nigra flowers contains the phenolic compounds hydroxycinnamic acid and flavonol glycosides, both are powerful antioxidants with a particular affinity for protecting the cardiovascular system.

Directions Infuse 1 teaspoon of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.

Ingredients 100% Elderflower* (Sambucus nigra). *Organic.
