Galactagogue Tea Blend

The term galactagogue is used in herbal medicine to describe herbs that help to stimulate and increase the production of milk in breastfeeding mothers. 

NETTLE LEAF Urtica dioica

Has been known to stimulate and increase milk supply. It is a nutritive tonic that is high in minerals and nourishing to all body systems. 

GOATS RUE Galega officinalis

Has been used traditionally to stimulate and increase milk supply.

FENNEL SEED Foeniculum vulgare

Has been used for centuries to help to increase and maintain milk production. 

SHATAVARI ROOT Asparagus racemosus

Is an adaptogenic herbs and sexual tonic that also has been known to support milk production for lactating mothers. 

FENUGREEK Trigonella foenum-graecum

Has been used to help increase milk supply and increase libido. Fenugreek is also soothing to the digestive tract. 

Directions Infuse 2 teaspoons of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.

Ingredients Nettle Leaf* (Urtica dioica), Goats Rue* (Galega officinalis), Fennel Seed* (Foeniculum vulgare), Shatavari Root* (Asparagus racemosus), and Fenugreek* (Trigonella foenum-graecum). *Organic.
