Rooibos Tea

THE TRADITION

Rooibos used as a calming tonic to nourish the digestive and nervous systems. Rooibos is otherwise known as red bush tea and is naturally caffeine free.

THE SCIENCE

Aspalathus linearis shows protective effects against oxidative stress with high antioxidants, such as polyphenolic compounds. It also shows antispasmodic effects for hyperactive gastrointestinal disorders, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Directions Infuse 1 teaspoon of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.


Ingredients 100% Rooibos* (Aspalathus linearis). *Organic.

All dried herbs are wild crafted or sourced organically when available. Non organic herbs may be used when organic herbs are unavailable.
