Turmeric Latte

Made with Lakadong Turmeric — a variety known for its exceptionally high curcumin content (typically between 7–12%), significantly higher than that of regular turmeric. Curcumin, the primary active compound in turmeric, is valued for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, especially when combined with piperine, found in black pepper.

Directions Add half a tsp to hot oat milk and stir.
