Thank you for booking your holistic therapy treatment, consultation or workshop with us. We value and respect your time, and ask you to offer our team the same courtesy.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do before 48 hours of your appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee. No shows will be charged at full price. We understand that life happenings can pop up unexpectedly, please get in touch with us as soon as you can if you can't make your appointment and we will do our best to find a solution.

Please note that each Wellington Apothecary Therapist operates as an independent small business, connected but separate from the Wellington Apothecary shop. To maintain clarity, we now accept payments for treatments and store purchases separately. Additionally, please be aware that the Wellington Apothecary Collective loyalty program accumulates points only on store purchases. Payments for therapy treatments do not earn loyalty points.
