Schedule a Discovery Session with our in store Naturopath for professional, personalized wellness advice. Consultations can be held in-store, or from the comfort of your home via phone or video call. Each consultation takes 15 to 20 minutes. If your queries are beyond the scope of our complimentary consultations we are happy to refer you on to one of our qualified natural health practitioners for more in-depth guidance. After booking your appointment you will receive a form where you choose to have your consultation by phone, google chat or in person at the Wellington Apothecary.

All information shared is strictly confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of being informed about how to offer you the best tailored advice. Advice and recommendations do not take precedence over your current medical healthcare with your GP. If you have a chronic illness that requires medical attention you will be advised to go down that route and/or referred for a full consultation. We will offer careful and considered advice to the best of our knowledge pertaining to the information that you provide, however are not responsible for the outcome. If at anytime you are unsatisfied with the advice you have received, do not hesitate to contact us. Discovery Sessions are a free service that exists to offer you the first steps on your holistic healing path. It does not substitute for a full consultation or medical care if that is what is required for acute or chronic illnesses. If we see that your current situation would benefit from the support of other health practitioners, we will advise you on this. By booking your appointment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for booking your holistic therapy treatment, consultation or workshop with us. We value and respect your time, and ask you to offer our team the same courtesy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do before 48 hours of your appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged at 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no shows will be charged at full price. We understand that life happenings can pop up unexpectedly, please get in touch with us as soon as you can if you can't make your appointment and we will do our best to find a solution. By booking your appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy.
