Traditionally used as an uplifting and refreshing tonic for the nervous system, calming anxiety and improving mood. It is also used as a soothing tonic for easing digestive discomfort. 

 

Directions Take 2ml in water 2 times daily with meals.

Take 3-4 hours away from any other medications to avoid potential herb-drug interactions.

 

Ingredients Extract of Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) in a water/ethanol base.

 

Store below 30 degrees celcius. Keep out of reach of children.
